Cook a tuna filet very tenderly on a flat grill, or a frying pan over medium heat. When the tuna is still pink in the middle, it's good to go!
The topping: Crush dill seed between your hands in a hard rolling motion. Add this to fresh lemon/butter, and shake it in a little jar....let it sit for about 30 minutes. Voila!Best way to cook fresh tuna...recipes please!?
Med Rare it depends on how thick the tuna is and you want to cook of a internal temp of 135-140 I like my best with a little lemon pepper on it. its simple and taste great just serve with some lemon slices on the side in a bed of herb rice
There are three different recipes for fresh tuna on this webpage! enjoy!
