Does anyone have a recipe for Tuna Fish Casserole?

I am a College Student and my Mom used to make the greatest Tuna Fish Casserole and I have no idea how to make it. My parents are in Europe for 2 weeks and I want to try to make it for my roommates. Any Ideas?Does anyone have a recipe for Tuna Fish Casserole?
Well, I don't know how your mom makes it, but this is how -this- mom makes it:

2 cans of tuna in water (drained), 1 family-sized can of cream-of-mushroom soup, and two cans of mushrooms(also drained). Grate about 8 oz of montery jack cheese into it, mix in a heavy sauce pan and warm gently over medium-low heat. Don't add water to the soup--just use it condensed, straight out of the can. While that's warming, cook a pound of egg noodles in a big pot and drain.

As soon as the cheese melts in the sauce (stir it frequently to keep it from scorching), pull it from the heat and mix it with the egg noodles in a bowl or pan big enough to hold it all. Serve hot.Does anyone have a recipe for Tuna Fish Casserole?
Tuna Noodle Supreme

4-1/2 cups (6 oz) wide egg noodles, uncooked

1 can (12-1/2 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

1 c sour cream

1 c mayonnaise

1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 c milk

1 t Dijon mustard

2 c small fresh broccoli florets (or frozen)

1/3 c red peppers, chopped

1/4 c green onion slices

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot pasta, tuna, broccoli, red peppers and green onion; stir until evenly blended. Place tuna mixture in 2-qt baking dish. Cover; bake 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

This is how I make it:

Tuna Casserole

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 (9 ounce) can tuna, drained

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can milk

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 cup crushed croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

In a medium bowl, combine tuna, condensed soup, and milk. Mix with the macaroni, and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and crushed croutons over top.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbling and browned on the top.

The way I make it is boiling egg noodles then once they are done mixing in tuna fish and cream of mushroom soup. I have also heard of using miracle whip/mayo instead of cream of mushroom soup...that is a cold recipe. Mine is hot.
