TUNA NOODLE SALAD





16 oz. shell noodles


1/2 head celery, sliced


1 med. onion, diced


1 green pepper, diced


1 (12 oz.) bag green peas, frozen


2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water


1 c. mayonnaise


1 c. Wishbone salad dressing


1 tbsp. celery seed


Salt and pepper to taste





Cook noodles to box directions. Thaw frozen bag of peas. Mix together all ingredients in bowl. Chill and serveWhats a yummy recipe for tuna noodle salad?
Tangy Tuna Noodle Salad





2 cups (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained


1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked


1 cup sliced celery


3/4 cup Miracle Whip or mayo


1/4 cup chopped green peppers


1/4 cup sliced green onions


2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos


1/8 tsp. each: salt and pepper





Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.





Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Mines similar but served hot:


Boil your noodles, elbows, or shells, %26amp; drain.


Mix in casserole dish:


Canned flaked tuna, chopped onion, chopped celery,


a can of mushroom soup %26amp; a can of milk or water.


You can add peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc.


Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in 350F oven 'til golden.
Yummy and tuna noodle salad don't go together. Sorry.
