What is a good Tuna fish recipe?

i have chicken of the sea and i was wondering what a good tuna fish recipe is? I DON'T LIKE SPICY!!!!!!!!!!!What is a good Tuna fish recipe?
Tuna Carbonara


This simple and delicious recipe is ready to eat n about 20 minutes.





INGREDIENTS:


8 oz. spaghetti pasta


4 eggs, beaten


2 Tbsp. butter, melted


2 Tbsp. olive oil


1 red bell pepper, cut into strips


3 cloves minced garlic


1/2 cup chopped red onion


6 oz. can white tuna, drained


1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/4 cup chopped parsley


PREPARATION:


Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, beat eggs in large bowl. In large saucepan, melt butter and oil and saute pepper and garlic until tender.


When pasta is al dente, drain and add immediately to pan with sauteed peppers.





Add tuna and cook, stirring, until heated through. Add eggs, cheese, and parsley to pan. Cook and stir, lifting pasta to allow sauce to coat thoroughly. Serves 4

This one uses tomatoes in the sauce, together with parsley and pepper.
400g can tuna chunks in brine, drained


400g pack Tasty Lancashire Cheese Mash


2tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped


4 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped


1 large egg, lightly beaten


100g wholemeal breadcrumbs


Method


1 Flake the tuna and mix with the mashed potato, parsley and spring onions. Divide into 8 even portions and shape into patties, about 2cm thick.





2 Put the egg and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes. Coat each fish cake, first in the egg and then in breadcrumbs.





3 Heat 100ml oil in a frying pan and cook the cakes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve with a selection of vegetables
Tuna and Rice Salad





INGREDIENTS:





* 2 cans white tuna, drained, (12 to 14 ounces total)


* juice of 1 lime


* 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained


* 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered


* 2 cups cooked long-grain rice, chilled


* 1/2 cup mayonnaise


* 2 teaspoons dried dill weed





PREPARATION:


In a mixing bowl, break up tuna with a fork. Sprinkle lime juice over the tuna; mix well. Fold in the sliced olives, quartered artichoke hearts, and rice. Add mayonnaise and stir in dill weed.


Serves 6.
Cook about 2 cups of noodles (not the long spaghetti kind, the bow tie kind would be great!), now when the noodles are done put about 1 cup of velveeta cheese and 1 can of drained tuna. Let melt together. ITS AWESOME!
