Canned Tuna Fish Crocettes

2 cans canned tuna

2 medium potatoes

1 medium onion

1 Tbls. ginger garlic paste

1 Tbls. lime juice

2 Green chillis (optional)

1-2 eggs

coriander leaves

bread crumbs

Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil for deep frying

Boil the potatoes and mash them well.

Add the tuna and mix together.

In a Kadai, heat a little oil and saute the onions (finely chopped )till soft and then add the ginger garlic paste and the green chillies. Stir for a minute and then add the potato and tuna mixture.

Put in the salt and pepper as desired. Mix well for some time until all the excess moisture disappears. Get it off the fire and add the lime juice and the coriander finely chopped.

Now roll the mixture into crocett shaped(oval) balls. You will get approximatly 25 to 30 balls.

Dip these balls in beaten egg and roll them in bread crumbs. Keep them in the refrigarator atleast for half an hour. You can freeze them to use at a later date.

Deep fry them in medium heat just before serving.

Can be served with coriander chutney or ketchup.

Well LA! Tuna Casserole!!!
i boil an egg (hard) a few piecies of tomato.,onion, cucumber,to lettice and top with a can of tuna ,and you have a nice fast healthy lunch.add anything you like yourself
The way I make sandwiches with it, I take two cans of solid tuna and mix it up. I mince onions, mix them in, and then put in the juice of a jar of jalapenos. It's super good!
One of my family's favorites is this:

1 lb. of macaroni, cooked

1 can of tuna (sometimes I put in 2)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

4 tbsp margarine.

salt %26amp; pepper to taste

Blend together. You can either serve it like this, or put it in the oven at about 375 for 15 minutes or so. You can also crush some potato chips and put on the top first.

Doesn't get much simpler than this!
One of the easiest recipes to make would be to add the tuna to some pasta with a nice cheese sauce, add parsley and eat.
OK I will give you my mom's secret recipe quick salad:

get a glass bowl. Put a can of tuna on the bottom. thin layer of mayo. then a layer of chopped onions - thin layer of mayo - you can add a layer of chopped cooked egg whites, and put lots of corn from the can (drained) on top. I love this salad, you wouldn;t think it's that good but it is! and the kid will love it cause its colorful and you can see all the layers through the glass.
