TUNA recipes?

or any easy healthy recipes...but a pasta/tuna salad recipe is needed for sure, please help

This tuna receipe has come down 3 generations; it's easy to make and nutritious. You can use any type pasta but original uses broad noodles. After cooking to tender (check by fishing out a noodle from water with fork, cool a little and eat. It should be pliable but not soft or tough) drain hot water and run cold water over noodles to cool slightly. Drain. Open can of sweet peas and golden mushroom soup (I use Campbells) and pour ingredients of both cans in pasta pot. Mix all ingredients together and place a heaping amount on plate. Lunch or dinner is served. Enjoy! (Note: Do not leave standing but place in fridge after eating your fill) Leftover just as good as first day and to spice it up, add grated cheese for the second day meal.TUNA recipes?
SIMPLE ITALIAN TUNA SANDWICH





1 (6 oz.) can Italian dark tuna


3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


1/2 small onion, chopped


1/4 1/2 stalk of celery, chopped


1/2 tomato, seeded and chopped


6 or 7 black olives, chopped or sliced thin


1 teaspoon balsamic or wine vinegar





NOTE: If you're not going to use Italian tuna (such as Pastene or Tonno), don't bother making this salad. It just won't taste right.


1, Drain off the oil that the tuna is packed in.





2. Place the tuna in a small bowl. Add the olive oil, and break up the tuna, mixing it together with the oil.





3. Add the chopped onion, celery, tomato, and olives, and vinegar.





4. Mix everything thoroughly.





Will make 2 or 3 sandwiches, depending on type and size of bread slices.








YUMMY TUNA SALAD





2 cans of Chicken of the Sea white albacore tuna


1 tablespoon sweet relish


2 tablespoon Kraft Real Mayonnaise


honey mustard, to taste





Drain cans of tuna well.


In a bowl, combine well with mayonnaise, relish, honey mustard.





Chill or serve immediately.





Makes 4 sandwiches.
I use a tin of tuna and either rice or pasta which has been cooked, some chopped green bell pepper, onion, con and peas, carrot all diced finely and then some little cubes of cheese or you can grate it..then I add halved black pitted olives, maybe some diced ham if you have it and dress with white wine vinegar, some good olive oil pinch of sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of dried oregano....mix well and let the flavours develop in the fridge for a few hours before consuming...it is a delicious recipe and is great with BBQ'ed meat.
