Healthy tuna recipes?

Hi, has anyone got any healthy tuna recipes please?Healthy tuna recipes?
tuna tortilla wraps (4)


Quantities may be halved for two people.


Ingredients


1 medium carrot, peeled and grated


Handful of raisins


10ml / 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise mixed with 10ml / 2 teaspoons low-fat natural yoghurt


198g can tuna in spring water, drained


4 tortillas


4 lettuce leaves, shredded


1 large tomato, thinly sliced


Method





Mix the carrot, raisins, mayonnaise and yoghurt mixture in a bowl.


Remove tuna from the can and flake with a fork to break up the chunks. (Mix with a teaspoon of low-fat mayonnaise and a teaspoon of low-fat natural yoghurt if desired.)


Place tortilla on plate. Place 1/4 of the lettuce, tomato, carrot mixture and tuna in the centre of the tortilla.


Fold up the bottom of the tortilla then roll.Healthy tuna recipes?
Sesame Seared Tuna





Ingredients:


1/4 cup soy sauce


1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet wine)


1 tablespoon honey


2 tablespoons sesame oil


1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar


4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks


1/2 cup sesame seeds


wasabi paste


1 tablespoon olive oil





Directions:


In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, mirin, honey and sesame oil. Divide into two equal parts. Stir the rice vinegar into one part and set aside as a dipping sauce.





Spread the sesame seeds out on a plate. Coat the tuna steaks with the remaining soy sauce mixture, then press into the sesame seeds to coat.





Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Place steaks in the pan, and sear for about 30 seconds on each side. Serve with the dipping sauce and wasabi paste.

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt


1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions -- thinly sliced


2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise


1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


8 slices whole wheat bread -- toasted








Preparation:


Put tuna in a medium-size bowl and flake with a fork. Add remaining salad ingredients and mix until blended. Makes 3 1/3 cups tuna salad- enough for 4 sandwiches.

Ahi Tuna salad is my favorite recipe: 4 to 6 oz. press it into a mix of the following, fresh cracked pepper,garlic flakes (not salt) sesame seeds and a little dry ginger powder. seer it in a cast iron pan about 3 min each side. serve on top of baby spinach greens with Mandarin segments,pecans (walnut o.k.) thinly sliced red onion ( shallots o.k.)and dress with a simple dressing balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil... yummy!!
Ingredients: 6 tbs tuna

directions: spread margarine onto the breads.layer down salad onto each bread.add an equal amount of tuna. lastly add on the sweet corn.
White Bean and Tuna Salad


1 can tuna


1/2 can white beans


chopped onion


Balsamic Vinegar


salt and pepper to taste





You can you chick peas instead of white beans.
Add a can of tuna to some shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and about a tablespoon of italian dressing. It's really good.
