What are some quick recipes for tuna fish?

I'm on a bulk diet for the summer, and as tuna is a very good source of protein, I'm eating it alot. Problem is I'm sick of tuna, mayo, and lettuce on bread.

here are a few ways to enjoy tuna...





EASY TUNA CASSEROLE





1 pkg. egg noodles


1 celery stalk (chopped)


1/2 med onion (chopped)


2-6 oz cans tuna (drained)


2-10.5 oz cans Cream of Mushroom Soup


3/4-14.5 oz can mixed peas and carrots (drained)


1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese


1/2 c. mozzerella cheese





Note: 1 pkg. frozen (thawed) mixed peas and carrots may be substituted for canned.


Boil noodles as directed on package, adding onion and celery the last 1-2 minutes. Drain noodles and add tuna, soup and vegetables, stirring until well blended.





Spread into a 13x9 baking pan, spreading cheese on top.





Bake in oven at 350 degrees until melted.








TUNA PATTIES





1 egg


1 can chunk tuna (6 1/2 to 7 oz.)


1 tbsp. tuna liquid


1/2 tsp. prepared mustard


1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs


Fat for frying





Combine egg, tuna, tuna liquid, mustard, and half the bread crumbs. Mix well, shape into four patties. Roll in rest of crumbs.


Heat fat for frying. Cook tuna patties over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until browned on one side. Turn gently and cook several minutes longer until browned on other side.








TUNA WITH PASTA





1 8 oz can or pouch of tuna


1/2 box of penne (whatever pasta you desire)


1 tablespoon mayonnaise


1/2 cup yellow mustard


tablespoon minced garlic


1/2 teaspoon onion and garlic powder


splash of salt


1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves





Cook pasta in water with olive oil and seasoned salt. Combine remaining ingredients except for the minced garlic in a bowl.


When pasta is done, rinse off with cool water. Add pasta to tuna mix then add the minced garlic. Stir until combined.





This dish is great with just about anything - salads, wraps, or any kind of meat or vegetable.





Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve it hot or cold.What are some quick recipes for tuna fish?
Try eating tuna over a little rice %26amp; soy sauce.





Make tuna salad. 1 can tuna add 1/3 cup salad dressing, tbsp of sweet pickle relish, finely chopped boiled egg %26amp; 1 tbsp of chopped onion %26amp; a dash of salt. mix together. This is also good with finely chopped seedless tomato.





You can also make tuna patties. Take can of tuna, add 1 egg, 1 tsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp of mustard, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of onion powder %26amp; 1 tsp of garlic powder or minced garlic. Mix together, form into patties %26amp; fry until brown on both sides.
Super EASY Stove top tuna casserole.





I Package Velveeta Mac %26amp; Cheese


1/4 Copped Onion (optional)


Frozen peas or peas %26amp; carrots


! Can tuna





Chop 1/4 onion


Add onion and pasta shells to boiling water %26amp; cook shells as directed.


Nuke one serving of chosen veggies for 90 seconds just prior to shells being done


Drain Shells.


Drain most the water off tuna.


Add tuna, veggies, %26amp; cheese package


Stir %26amp; Eat!





Quick %26amp; easy. Tastes great! Enjoy!

tuna casserole


preheat the oven to 350


meanwhile boile a package of egg noodes


when tender drain and mix in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of tuna fish. put into a casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. then add either crushed potato chips or bread crumbs on very top to make a crust. leave in the oven until cheese melts and crumbs or chips brown (about 15 minutes).


very quick and easy and tasty.
making noodles like the short fat ones, and making it with some mayo or some kind of creamy salad dressing ( I like Maui onion dressing) with some onions olives artichoke and you just put this with the noodles and its super yummy! You can also try adding avocados to your sandwhiches to make a ';tuna-cado'; making dips for crackers are good too
mix tunas in:





ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD


1 pound seashell pasta


1/4 pound Genoa salami, chopped


1/4 pound pepperoni sausage, chopped


1/2 pound Asiago cheese, diced


1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped


1 red bell pepper, diced


1 green bell pepper, chopped


3 tomatoes, chopped


1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix


3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


2 tablespoons dried oregano


1 tablespoon dried parsley


1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


salt and ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, and cool under cold water.


In a large bowl, combine the pasta, salami, pepperoni, Asiago cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and tomatoes. Stir in the envelope of dressing mix. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.


To prepare the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad, and mix well.

AMERICAN-ITALIAN PASTA SALAD


1 (16 ounce) package fusilli pasta


1 cup frozen petite peas, thawed


2 (2 ounce) cans sliced black olives


1 cup cubed Genoa salami


3/4 cup chopped green onions


3/4 cup chopped celery


1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley


1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix


1 cup mayonnaise


1 cup sour cream


2 tablespoons milk


DIRECTIONS


In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.


In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and Italian dressing mix. Whisk together until smooth, set aside.


In a large salad bowl combine cooked and cooled pasta, peas, olives, salami, green onions, celery and parsley. Mix in dressing last, reserving 1/2 cup. Let sit over night in fridge. Stir before serving. Add extra dressing if pasta appears dry.

SPICEY PASTA SALAD


1 pound penne pasta


1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained


2 green onions, chopped


1/2 (6 ounce) can black olives, chopped


1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, softened in water and sliced


1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing


DIRECTIONS


In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.


In a large bowl, combine the pasta, beans, green onions, olives, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Add enough salad dressing to coat; toss and chill before serving.

TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD


27 ounces tri-colored cheese-filled tortellini


1 (2 pound) package mixed vegetables


1 pound snow peas


1/4 cup corn oil


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix





In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.


In a large bowl, combine the pasta, oil and salad dressing mix; toss together. Add vegetables and cheese; mix well, cover and refrigerate over night

drain the tuna if you are using the can tuna


a dash of cayenne pepper powder , lemon powder and salt





mix it up and enjoy!
Easy tuna melt. Tuna, mayo, chedder cheese (block-cut into small cubes) onions (if desired). Mix together. Put tuna mix on burger buns. Wrap each in foil. Bake for 10 to 15 min on 350. My favorite comfort food.
Tuna gives me dirty thoughts. Eww :(
