What are the advantages and disadvantages of tuna in oil vs it in water.

Does oil have more recipes or taste better in them. Is water healthier, I know it is easier to clean up after. Anything else I should know when choosing what my tuna is packed with? What are the advantages and disadvantages of tuna in oil vs it in water? Recipes, health wise, ect.?
Water has much less calories in it. So if you're watching your weight, choose the water-packed one. Also watch for the tuna packed with reduced sodium.

The oil they use to pack it with is the cheap stuff that really isn't good for you. High quality oils are not found in cheap tuna cans.

As far as recipes are concerned, it doesnt matter which one you choose to cook with- but again, if you choose the oil, it will be higher in calories.
