Tuna Casserole! I usually can't stand tuna casserole and when people say it, you kinda cringe, but this one is different.

Cook a box of spaghetti (spiral noodles like rotini) until noodles start to soften. Add to the water, frozen broccoli (I add about a half a bag of frozen broccoli) and continue to cook until noodles and broccoli. Drain noodles and broccoli. Place back into pot. Pour in one can of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of milk. Open two small cans of tuna and drain off juice. Pour tuna in the noodle mixture and mix thoroughly (mixture may be thin, but it thickens in the oven). Pour entire mix into a casserole dish and bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Pull out and top with crushed croutons and parmesan cheese. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Eat.

I really like this and most of my friends have been really surprised when they taste it. The key is to buy croutons that have a really good flavor (I make mine). Good luck!Tuna fish recipes?

How about creamed tuna on toast, or tuna casserole? I know they are old fashioned recipes, but dang they taste good on a cool Autumn night.

tuna casserole: cooked noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, mixed together and topped with crushed potato chips, bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Great add ins: chopped bell pepper, or red peppers, green beans, peas.

Creamed tuna on toast: one can white sauce mixed with tuna, spread on lightly buttered toast. or make your own white sauce with a roux of flour and margarine, then stirring in milk until you get a good consistency, then adding your can of drained tuna.

Hope this helps.
Macaroni and tuna fish salad

* 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni

* 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained

* 1/4 cup mayonnaise

* salt and pepper to taste

* garlic powder to taste

* 1 pinch dried oregano

* 1 onion, finely chopped

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and cool under running water.

2. Mix both cans of tuna into the cooled pasta. Add the mayonnaise. Use more or less to your taste. You want just enough to get the flavor into the salad, but not enough to see the white of the mayonnaise on the noodles. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and onion.
